Formula 1: Agreement with the organizers of the Abu Dhabi GP extended until 2030
The contract for the organization of the race for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix has been extended until 2030, the Formula 1 authorities have informed. On Sunday, the last round of the world championship this year, which will settle the matter of the title, will take place on Sunday at Yas Marina.

GP Abu Zabi po raz pierwszy odbyło się w 2009 roku. To jeden z czterech wyścigów F1 organizowanych na Bliskim Wschodzie - obok GP Bahrajnu, GP Kataru i GP Arabii Saudyjskiej. Dwa ostatnie zadebiutowały w tym roku w kalendarzu.
Na czele klasyfikacji generalnej po 21 rundach jest dwóch kierowców z takim samym dorobkiem punktowym - Max Verstappen (Red Bull) i obrońca tytułu Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes).
Prowadzi Holender, który w sezonie ma więcej zwycięstw. Triumfował w tym roku dziewięć razy, podczas gdy Brytyjczyk ośmiokrotnie.
