44 years old. I work in construction industry in Uk for over 20 years, last 10 of which on managing positions: foreman, site manager and contracts manager.

I managed full spectrum of projects, from standard rear/side extensions and loft conversions, through full refurbishments including listed buildings, toping with basements and new house builds.

Most of the time this included:

- material orders and work planning for employees and sub-contractors

- overlooking job completion on time and according to drawings/spec

- contact with architect/SE whenever there are discrepancies, proposing solutions

- contact with the client as first line of company representative, discussing details of project, schedule and decisions required to proceed in the timely manner.

- setting up work schedules

I speak and write English.

I have Extensive knowledge of building materials, technics and regulations.

Can read plans/details, moreover I can draw details, convenient to pass alternative options.

Good knowledge of: most mail clients, MS package and basic knowledge of CAD programs.

I have SMSTS
