Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional part-time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ongoing assistance in daily administrative duties
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications and other requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of Polish and English
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office products.
