We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and customer-focused Retail Store Shift Supervisor to support the Store Manager in the effective management of the store.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail management or supervisory experience who enjoys leading by example, developing employees and achieving excellent sales results.

Key Responsibilities

By supporting the Store Manager, you will:

• Lead, train, motivate and help a team achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. 

• Support the daily operation of the store, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. 

• Organize, supervise and participate in inventories and control inventory levels. 

• Receive, inspect, price and properly display deliveries efficiently and accurately. 

• Perform daily procedures related to cash settlement and ensure proper cash handling. 

• Perform the duties of the person holding the keys to the store, including opening and closing the store. 

• Monitor and achieve company key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, performance and inventory loss targets. 

• Professionally handle customer inquiries, returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy. 

• Immediately identify and report any inventory discrepancies or operational issues. 

• Work closely with Directors and corporate headquarters to ensure consistent adherence to company procedures and standards.
