Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional part–time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast–paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars
– Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well–stocked
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Ongoing assistance in daily administrative duties
– Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications and other requirements:
– Fluent knowledge of Polish and English
– Strong communication skills
– Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
– Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
– Familiarity with the Microsoft Office products.
