Shift Supervisor

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• support Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with daily store operations
• supervise and guide store assistants during shifts
• train, coach, and motivate team members
• completing administration tasks when assigned by the store manager
• deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints when needed
• manage till operations, cash handling, and end-of-day cashing up
• open and close the store following correct procedures
• maintain store standards – cleanliness, stock display, and merchandising
• monitor stock levels, place orders, and report low/out-of-stock items
• report issues promptly to management and suggest improvements
• promote teamwork, positive attitude, and company values
• ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security practices
• other business-related duties as per instruction from your Supervisor or Line Manager
