We are an established construction company seeking an experienced Working Foreman to oversee and manage mid-sized projects, including:

 • House extensions

 • Loft conversions

 • Full property refurbishments

Key Responsibilities:

 • Day-to-day supervision of site operations

 • Coordinating trades and ensuring quality workmanship

 • Managing timelines and material deliveries

 • Ensuring health and safety compliance on-site

 • Reporting to project managers and liaising with clients when required

Requirements:

 • Proven experience as a working foreman or similar supervisory role

 • Hands-on skills in construction work

 • Strong leadership and communication abilities

 • Ability to read and interpret drawings

 • CSCS card preferred
