Senior Sales Assistant

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• managing shifts in the absence of senior staff
• coaching new sales assistants
• completing administration tasks when assigned by the store manager
• dealing with customer complaints in the absence of senior staff
• serving customers
• answering queries from the customer
• checking for damaged or missing items
• storing goods
• moving stock around by hand or using lifting gear
• replenishing stock
• checking for price labels
• cleaning work areas
• keeping records of stock
• keeping paperwork up to date
