Residential properties cleaner needed

We’re hiring a cleaning lady in the Hampstead area!

We’re looking for a responsible and reliable person for a cleaning position for residential apartments.

Requirements:

✅ Good level of English (conversational). 

✅ Must have previously worked as a cleaner. 

✅ Legal documents in order AND references (please do not apply if you do not have valid documents)

Job details:

Location: Mainly Hampstead (and sometimes Central London). 

Schedule: From 10:00 AM to 4:00 or 5:00 PM, depending on workload

 Salary:

£2,000/month (for anything up to 133 hours worked). 

£15/hour for any hours worked over 133. 

The minimum salary is £2,000 per month, so you will always be paid this much, or more, if hours worked are over 133 hours for the month. 

Must be available daily between 10AM and 5PM, including weekends. Actual working hours will vary depending on how busy we are. 

While availability is required every day in a specific week, you will not be working full days (10AM–5PM) every day. If you're needed every day in a week, your shifts will be shorter and will not run late into the day. On average, you will have about 2 days off per week. 

You will usually get at minimum two Saturdays or Sundays off per month, but again this is dependent on how busy we are. Your minimum salary will always be £2,000 per a month, as per the salary description above!
