Hotel Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and friendly Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organised, and presentable. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to our guests.

Duties:

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.

Making up beds.

Ensure all areas are kept clean and free from clutter.

Operating washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.

Requirements:

Knowledge of basic English

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential, training will be provided.

Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and professional attitude towards guests.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £11.90 per hour employed and £14.50 self-employed

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week

Schedule:

Day shift, 10 am to 2:00 pm
