Sales person / Estate agent

Sales/marketing person responsible for looking after the onsite properties rent process for a private landlord/developer with large portfolio in North West London.

The main duties include:

• Screening candidates prior viewing,

• Meeting customers for viewings.

• supporting with setting up and maintaining show homes

• Handling enquiries from potential renters and producing reports based on renting data

• Ensuring the safety of customers and employees across the portfolio.

Other tasks might include:

• Rent collections,

• Inventories,

• Check ins/out.

0009 – 1800 Monday To Friday, some closing shifts 1000-1900, alternative weekends with a week day off.

You must have:

• Excellent customer service,

• Attention to detail

• Full UK driving license

• Good communication skills

• Weekends availability ( alternative weekends)
