TradesMate Ltd is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing organisation, a vital position to ensure the smooth running of the business. TradesMate Ltd is UK based, young and fast-growing company that specialises in personal protective equipment (PPE) including clothing and janitorial supplies. We pride ourselves in ensuring the highest standards of product in every area and customer service we provide.
About you -Previous experience of working within a sales support / sales admin type is advantageous. -Proficient IT skills, usage of Xero software is highly desirable. -You are extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail and are willing to go that extra mile. -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. -Enthusiastic attitude towards learning, -Able to work under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Main Duties & Responsibilities -Creating orders - Raising invoices will be a core activity (Xero). -Order management - entering orders into the system and keeping track of them, ensuring we meet delivery deadlines. -Keeping a good track record of all changes related to orders, delays, shortages, customer delay approvals. -Liaising with customers via email, phone and face to face, logging customer helpdesk queries. -Organising and maintaining customer records. -Arranging product samples to be sent to customers as requested. -Supporting sales team in achieving targets.
