Site Manager/ Working Foreman

Finch Lockerbie is currently recruiting for 3 positions of site managers/working foreman. All on at least 12 month contracts. Salary £38.000/£55.000

Skills

This role would be suitable for an ambitious Site Manager. The successful candidate will be expected to execute their project to the agreed programe, in line with Health, Safety and Environmental standards expected by the client and company.*

• Oversee a project from inception to completion. You will be reporting to an overall Project Manager
• Take ownership for Health & Safety and Environment responsibility.
• Work closely with the pre-construction team on; SHE, Build ability and programe issues and review and comment on design information issues by both consultants and suppliers.
• *Work closely with the site team to ensure that things run smoothly – an effective communicator is essential.
• Manage projects in line with the agreed finance and production targets and reports.
• Have key client-facing responsibility
• You will be a degree calibre individual – with a proven track record delivery.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• *Portfolio of successfully delivered projects with values of £1m+
• *Experience running teams
• *Confident communicator
• *Excellent Leadership Skills
• Reading and accurately interpreting programmes, drawings and technical specifications. * * Ensuring project team(s) understanding of drawings and technical specifications.
• Understanding and appropriately sharing build programmes.
