As a Food Production Assistant, you will have to work closely with a small team to ensure our food production is efficient, HACCP compliant and all food is made to a high standard. You will have experience working with food production equipment and a good understanding of the general health and safety and food safety practices which are essential in food production.

What will you do?

Lead and support the production team in daily tasks
Ensure all HACCP, food safety and Health & Safety procedures are followed
Work on all stages of food production and meet targets
Maintain high product quality and remove any items not meeting standards
Train new staff and help improve team performance
Operate and look after production equipment
Keep the production area clean and organised
Support stock checks and report shortages
Act as shift lead in the supervisor’s absence

What will you need?

Production work experience (familiar with making pierogi and/or croquettes)
Ability to lead, support and motivate a team
Health and Safety knowledge and ability to comply with the process
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

Working hours: 40 hours Monday-Sunday
