We are looking for a reliable and organised Director’s Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the business and work closely with our Directors.

The Role
This is a varied and interesting role that will involve supporting both office administration and project coordination. You will be an essential point of contact between Directors, clients, suppliers, and site teams.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Handling phone calls and email correspondence
• Ordering supplies and office materials
• Gathering and comparing quotes from different manufacturers and suppliers
• Assisting with site meetings (organising, note-taking, follow-ups)
• Supporting Directors with personal correspondence and administrative tasks
• Liaising with team members working on building sites
• Using and updating programmes such as Google Drive, Dext, and QuickBooks for document management and accounts support
• Updating and posting on the company’s social media accounts

About You
We believe this role may best suit someone local, looking for part-time hours that fit around school times.
Requirements:
• Native Polish speaker with fluent English (written and spoken)
• A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in administration or a similar role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email systems, and cloud-based tools
• Ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage multiple tasks
• Professional, approachable, and discreet
• References required
• Start date flexible – to suit the right candidate
