Job Title: Bespoke Joinery Fitter

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain high-quality joinery products, including cabinets, doors, and custom furniture.

- Collaborate with designers and clients to understand project specifications and requirements.

- Measure, cut, and shape wood, brass and other materials according to designs and blueprints.

- Ensure all installations are completed in line with safety standards and company procedures.

- Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and provide accurate estimates of time and materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a joinery fitter or similar role in the carpentry field.

- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools (fully kitted with own tools) relevant to joinery work.

- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques and materials.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally.

- Full driving license and own vehicle advantage  but not essential.
