Your Role
As a Shop Assistant, you will be a key part of our team, ensuring both the shop floor and administrative operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer-Focused Duties:
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with shoppers.
- Assisting with store merchandising, ensuring displays are eye-catching and well-stocked.
- Handling transactions and managing the till with accuracy and efficiency.
- Helping with consignment intake and assessing items for quality and suitability.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop floor.
Administrative Duties:
- Managing stock records and ensuring inventory is up to date.
- Handling emails, phone inquiries, and other customer communications.
- Assisting with scheduling and staff coordination.
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of consignment agreements and sales reports.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, approachable personality with a can-do attitude.
- Previous retail experience is preferred, with bonus points for administrative experience.
- A keen interest in fashion and sustainability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar software).
- Availability to work part-time, Monday to Saturday.
