Snowik is a family business, providing top-quality property maintenance and building service for over 20 years. We are looking for a skilled Roofer to join our team, with an imminent start! • Salary: £1000.00 – £1300.00 per week +++ (weekend work & out of hours work)

If you can do the below, the position is for you:

• Accessing roof leaks

• Parapet walls & Pointing

• Lead work & Flashing

• Rainwater goods/Drainage

• Tile / Slate Replacement

• Liquid Roofing / Membrane Roofing

• Felt Roof, Fascia’s and Soffits

• Chimney related works

• Providing roofing Estimates and suggestions for clients

• Organising materials and equipment to carry out the work

• Advising on additional works as well as compiling estimates

• Carrying our fault diagnosis, repairing and advising as required

Before you apply please check that you:

• Must have a full UK driving license, understanding London roads & parking restrictions

• Must speak and write English

• Must have CIS, UTR and NIN number

• You are punctual, trustworthy and responsible 

• Must know UK materials and building standards

• Have recent DBS check

• Have a public liability insurance

• References required

Previous experience in reactive maintenance and any additional multi-trader skills would be advantageous.
