Snowik is a family business, providing top-quality property maintenance and building service for over 20 years. We are looking for a skilled Bathroom Fitter to join our team, with an imminent start! • Salary £1000 - £1300.00 per week +++ (weekend work & out of hours work)

If you can do the below, the position is for you!

• Ability to install Bathroom from start to finish

• Has good multi-trade skills

• knowledge of plumbing and carpentry

• Knowledge of tiling accurately

• Work on instructions to layout and assemble bathroom suits

• Neat in doing Silicone and grouting

• Knowledge of Wet rooms and walk-in shower

• Motivated and enjoys property maintenance work

• Takes pride in Quality and good standard of work

• Is responsible and trustworthy

• Must have a full UK driving license

• Understand London roads & parking restrictions

• Must be good at speaking and giving written reports in English

• Must have UTR and NIN numbers and be CIS registered

• Must be a punctual, trustworthy, and responsible worker

• Must know UK materials and building standards

• Have a public liability insurance

• Have a recent DBS check

References required

Previous experience in reactive maintenance and any additional multi-trade skills that you have knowledge of would be advantageous.
