Position: Window Cleaner (Water Fed Pole & Traditional Method)

Job Description:

Lukasz Window Cleaning Limited is looking for a reliable and motivated full-time window cleaner. The role includes both water fed pole and traditional window cleaning methods. Additionally, the position involves gutter and façade cleaning as part of our comprehensive exterior maintenance services. Full training will be provided.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional work every other Saturday if required.

Rate: £15/hour

After each month worked, the rate increases by £1 up to £20/h.

Main Responsibilities:

Cleaning windows using the water fed pole system, especially in high or hard-to-reach areas.

Traditional window cleaning using squeegees, scrapers, and cloths for smaller or more delicate windows.

Cleaning large commercial properties using the water fed pole system, avoiding the need for ladders or scaffolding.

Cleaning window frames, sills, and other related surfaces.

Gutter cleaning – removing leaves, debris, and blockages to ensure proper water flow.

Façade cleaning to enhance the external appearance of properties.

Adhering to all safety procedures when working at height or using equipment.

Performing regular checks and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Providing high-quality customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and company vehicle.

Requirements:

Experience with water fed pole and traditional window cleaning is preferred but not required – full training will be provided.

Experience with gutter and façade cleaning is an advantage.

Comfortable working at height using both water fed poles and ladders.

Good physical fitness for tasks such as lifting, climbing, and bending.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients (a communicative level of English is required – spoken and written).

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid documents allowing you to work in the UK.

A driving licence is required.

Training Provided:

Full training in water fed pole techniques, traditional window cleaning, gutter and façade cleaning will be provided during the first two weeks.

Training includes safe equipment use, cleaning techniques, and safety procedures.
