Job Description:

Lukasz Window Cleaning Limited is looking for a reliable and motivated Window Cleaner to join our team on a full-time contract basis. The role involves cleaning windows using both the water fed pole system and the traditional method. We also provide additional exterior cleaning services such as gutter, facade, roof, and driveway cleaning. Full training will be provided.

Employment Type: Contract

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday work when required).

Pay Rate: £15 per hour

The rate increases by £1 after each completed month – up to £20 per hour.

Main Responsibilities:

 • Cleaning windows using the water fed pole system, including high and hard-to-reach areas.

 • Traditional window cleaning using a squeegee, scraper, and cloths.

 • Cleaning large commercial buildings using the water fed pole method.

 • Cleaning window frames, sills, and other related surfaces.

 • Cleaning gutters from leaves and debris.

 • Washing building facades to improve appearance.

 • Occasional assistance with roof cleaning.

 • Pressure washing driveways and outdoor surfaces.

 • Following all health and safety procedures when working at height.

 • Keeping equipment, tools, and the company vehicle clean and in good condition.

 • Delivering a high standard of customer service.

Requirements:

 • Experience in window cleaning (both water fed pole and traditional) is an advantage, but not required – full training will be provided.

 • Experience in gutter, facade, or roof cleaning is desirable.

 • Ability to work safely at heights.

 • Good physical fitness.

 • Basic conversational English (spoken and written).

 • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 • Right to work in the United Kingdom.

 • Full UK driving licence – required!

Training Provided:

Full two-week training will cover:

 • Water fed pole system

 • Traditional cleaning techniques

 • Gutter, facade, and roof cleaning

 • Health and safety at work
