SMALL ENGINE MECHANIC / STIHL / JOHN DEERE

We are looking for a technician / mechanic to repair and service lawn mowers, Ride On Mowers, Hand held machinery such as Chainsaws, Hedge Trimmers/ Leaf Blowers & Strimmers along with other grounds care machinery.

Experience on brands such as STIHL, HUSQVARNA, JOHN DEERE, HONDA, and BRIGGS AND STRATTON.

The candidate will have good written and verbal communications skills with the ability to self–manage own work load being essential.

Training will be given on our business system and Manufacturer specific training.

Tasks will include:

Repairing and servicing garden and grounds machinery

Requirements:

Good mechanical knowledge of small engine two stroke machines

Good mechanical knowledge for servicing pedestrian lawn mowers

A genuine interest in mechanics and engines

Must be IT Literate

Work on own initiative and as part of a team

Work well under pressure

Possibly have experience as an operator

Full UK driving licence is desirable

Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm – 5 days a week (Saturday options)

Salary : Dependant on experience
