Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Bromley. The successful candidate will provide care and support to a high–complexity client in their bespoke residence, ensuring their safety, well–being, and integration into the community.

Contract Details:

42–hour contract per week.

Comprised of 12–hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one–on–one support to the client, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.

Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with the client and their family.

Facilitate community integration by accompanying the client to appointments, social events, and other outings.

Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behaviour to the management team.

Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and medical practitioners, to ensure comprehensive care.

Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance professional development.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Support Worker, preferably with high–complexity clients.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A compassionate and patient approach to care.

Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
