We are seeking a diligent Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our expanding commercial cleaning business. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

You will oversee all of our cleaning services whilst providing clear leadership and management duties.

This role is a hands on role which requires you to clean and manage at the same time, as a working supervisor you will be fully supported by our management team assisting you when needed.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing and assisting with the cleaning of carpets, hard floors, communal areas, stairwells, kitchens and washrooms (plus other ad hoc areas).
• Managing staff, holiday requests, recruiting new employees where required.
• To identify all training needs for each employee, conduct the training where possible and keep appropriate records of training completed on-site.
• Involvement with investigation matters such as personal accidents or potential disciplinary investigations.
• Responsibility for monitoring cleaning products, maintaining stock levels and submitting orders as required on a monthly basis

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• You must have right to work in the UK.
• You must hold a valid Full UK driving license (Maximum of 3 Points)
• Must be available to work daytime on weekends
• Previous experience as a Manager or Supervisor within the cleaning industry or a similar field is desirable
• Have a good understanding of commercial carpet, hard floor and general cleaning
• Experience in managing staff, rotas, training and some basic knowledge of HR is also desirable
