HANDYMAN FOR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

we are a well–established property management company with portfolio of 400 flats available  for short lettings. we are looking for skilled and reliable handyman to join our maintenance team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks across our property. Your duties will include;–General repair (plumbing, electrical, carpentry )–Routine inspections and preventive maintenance–Responding to maintenance  request from tenants –Painting and decorating–Ensuring properties are in  excellent condition for new tenants–Emergency repairs as needed
