Cozy room in a bright & spacious 2 bedroom flat

Hi there,

I am hoping to find a new flatmate who will enjoy living in this lovely, specious and quiet flat as much as I do!

The flat is on the 1st floor of a conversion house. There are two double bedrooms, (super) spacious living room, separate kitchen, bathroom and storage space. The flat has been refurbished just before I moved in last October. And the neighbours downstairs are very nice.

The location is fantastic. The flat is on a nice residential street, just off Green Lanes where you can find loads of local amenities, cafes, bars and restaurants. It is within a walking distance to Manor House (Zone 2), Turnpike Lane (Zone 3) Underground Stations & Haringey Overground. There are also loads of buses going into the city.

About me:

I work for an IT consultancy, currently combining remote work and from the office. I am easy going and always open to good conversation (preferably with wine and chocolate box!) and socialising. I treat this flat as if it was my own place, so I like to keep it neat & tidy.

Monthly rent is £737 plus the bills (c. £130-£140 per month). One month deposit is required. 

The room is available from 24th October; however, if needed, I should be able to bring this slightly forward.
