Italian football champion Juventus Turin presented the third set of costumes for the season 2018/19 made entirely of recycled plastic fished out of the oceans. In this way, Wojciech Szczęsny's club joined in the action against environmental pollution.

Autorka projektu koszulek Francesca Venturini zapewniła, że strój jest nie tylko "ekologiczny", ale też bardzo trwały. Powstał przy współpracy z organizacją Parley for the Oceans, która wspiera inicjatywy zwiększające świadomość o zanieczyszczeniu wód plastikiem.

Wcześniej koszulki wyprodukowane przy wsparciu Parley for the Oceans zakładali też piłkarze Manchesteru United i Realu Madryt.
