Champions League: PSG’s Kvaratskhelia named UEFA Player of the Season

Georgian footballer Khvicha Kvaratskhelia of Paris Saint-Germain has been named by UEFA as the best player in the Champions League for the 2025/26 season, it was announced on Sunday. The day before, his team had beaten Arsenal of London 4–3 on penalties in the final in Budapest. The score was 1–1 after 90 minutes and extra time.
